The Deep Diver Course is one of the many PADI specialties that Bali Legends offers.  Each specialty is designed to hone your skills into deeper water with fun and safety.   This course prepares you to dive to a maximum depth of 40m (Open Water gets you down to only 18m).

During your course you’ll make 3 incredible dives most likely at Nusa Penida  Here you will find resident Manta Rays, Bali’s most vibrant reefs and from mostly between July and October you are likely to see the infamous Mola Mola! Nusa Penida’s sloping coral reefs are ideal for deep diving – and you will be further excited and challenged by the diverse conditions of Nusa Penida.  Deeper waters, diverse currents and experiences to equip you progress yourself as a polished and experienced diver.

In this course, you will learn:

• Skills and techniques needed to safely dive in the deeper range of 30-40m (100 -130 ft).
• Deep scuba diving equipment considerations
• Safety considerations and the planning of a deeper dive
• What is Decompression Sickness and nitrogen narcosis and how do we deal with it
• What happens to your body at greater depth and how to dive safely
