What to see in Padang Bai?

Padang Bai, on Bali’s east coast, is a top diving destination known for its rich marine biodiversity, vibrant coral reefs, and exciting macro life. Popular dive sites include Blue Lagoon, with its stunning coral gardens and abundant reef fish, It’s one of Bali’s best spots for easy, relaxed diving, thanks to its calm waters and gentle currents. Divers can explore colorful coral formations teeming with marine life, including angelfish, moray eels, scorpionfish, and cuttlefish. The site is also great for macro photography, with nudibranchs, frogfish, and octopuses hiding among the corals. And the other famous spot is Bias Tugel, known for its pristine beach, is also an exciting dive site with a mix of coral reefs, sandy slopes, and rocky formations. It’s home to schools of reef fish, stingrays, octopuses, and the occasional turtle. While typically a calm dive site, currents can sometimes pick up, offering a gentle drift dive experience.
